Bronx Backlog Nightmare: Seven Years After Their Arrests, Two Men Are Still Locked Up Awaiting Trial

I started covering the backlog of felonies in Bronx Courts seven years ago. Today, I penned another story on this important issue, which still plagues the borough's justice system.
